Course Description

Wild Goose Woods comes alive in the spring, and there is no better time to photograph it.  Frogs are hopping, birds are singing, and fresh spring foliage adds colour combinations that beg to be photographed.  In this class, we’ll be inside for a brief lecture on camera techniques for interesting ways of shooting nature and landscapes, as well as compositional techniques.  Then it’s off to the woods for a walk along the boardwalk...…we’ll find reflecting pools, nesting birds, animals, and gentle evening light dancing through fresh spring foliage.  After our walk, we’ll head back inside for a review of our photos.  Bring a tripod if possible, and dress for the weather.  Suitable for all skill levels, with tips for both beginner and advanced photographers.  Ages 16+, or younger if accompanied by an adult. Guest Instructor:  Sylvia Galbraith
