Selection and recruitment are important business processes for today’s organizations to attract, recruit and retain talent. Many organizations are challenged to recruit and select employees who are the right fit and have the necessary skills and competencies for the job. Developing employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities is critical to the talent management process to ensure that employees have the right skills and competencies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

This course will be delivered remotely.  You will be required to participate via live video conferencing every Monday evening from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.

Orientation Session (Zoom & CourseLink): Wednesday September 7: 12-1pm EST.  Optional, but highly recommended for those who have not yet participated in an orientation for a course in this program to ensure that you will be set up for success on your first day. 

This course uses Zoom for live video conferencing, combined with the CourseLink Learning Management System.
