Course Description

ith technology nowadays, the smartphone has become an incredibly powerful device in which we can access the world at our fingertips. Almost every smartphone is equipped with a camera, and they aren’t bad ones either! This workshop is designed as an introduction for beginners who want to learn how to better use and navigate their smartphone camera to capture nature, moments and memories. We’ll learn the basics, get creative and spend time snapping photos on our Arboretum grounds! iPhone or Android, no matter what level you’re at, all are welcome to join us! **note: phones are not provided… please bring your own.  Instructor: Jason Chan and Rachel Irwin, Interpretive Naturalist Interns.
