Withdrawal, Transfer and Refund Policy
COVID-19
Distance education degree-credit courses and non-degree online courses will proceed as planned through online delivery.
Continuing education classroom-based courses will be delivered in a modified format until further notice.
In the event courses and/or conferences are cancelled or postponed, the University of Guelph will not reimburse for expenses incurred, including but not limited to travel, textbooks, or loss of wages.
Any changes affecting the University’s academic or operational functions will be communicated on U of G’s COVID-19 website.
Policies differ by course type. Please review your course code to determine which policy applies. Degree-credit courses can be identified by the course code pattern, ABCD*1234. All other course codes indicate continuing education courses. If you require further clarification, please contact Learner Services.
