Advance your understanding of the process, issues, and techniques involved in administering compensation and benefits. Gain insight into the compensation function and its link to the human resource management system. The relationship between motivation, compensation and benefits, and organizational effectiveness is also explored.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the relationship between motivation and compensation and the impact on individual productivity and organizational effectiveness

You are required to attend all scheduled online synchronous (live online) sessions.
